The MDO coordinates and manages the Province’s Development, Community Engagement and Advocacy Projects and is manned by the Mission Coordinator who is accountable to the Province Leadership Team. For operational reasons, the MDO has three Sub-MDO Offices in Kolkata, Delhi and Erpakon, Meghalaya. The Kolkata Sub-Office is responsible for 9 development projects most of which are in West Bengal. The Delhi Office is synonymous with PRATYeK, the pan-India advocacy wing of the Province. The Erpakon Office accounts for the two Journeying Together Projects in rural Meghalaya. An MDO Team comprising of the Mission Coordinator and the three Heads of the Sub-Offices along with a few other trained Brothers work is a consultative manner to strengthen this new ministry department in the Province.
